"Great views and trails. Summertime is great for hiking, biking, or horse riding. The winter after a fresh snowfall is great for snowshoeing or hiking with microspikes."
"For windshield tourism this is a nice stop. The ranch is in a park setting and there is a nice 'artists point' to the west."
"Very quiet and peaceful here. The trails are wide and clean. Lots of beautiful scenery to take in. The trail is close to a gorgeous creek that takes you through a gorgeous walk in the mountains. Not too far from the city I definitely recommend this hike to all. Not too steep so easily manageable."
"A unique setting that was a working ranch in the late 19th century. It's only open to the public on select days. There are lots of hiking trails in the area that are open and accessible in the summer months."
"Beautiful spot to hike! When doing the Walker Ranch Loop you spend time walking next to a river which makes for great pictures! Going counter clockwise is a little easier but it is still a moderate to strenuous hike. You can do it, it just might take a little longer. Took a group of 9 of us 4 hours."
