"I was lucky enough to meet Jim at the Highlands Ranch location. I had wood flooring in the kitchen that I wanted to extend into the carpeted living room and bedroom. Jim worked very hard to find my EXACT floors (a manufacturer product). He helped find carpeting for my stairs and took time to educate me on both products. He's extremely knowledgeable and dependable. The atmosphere in the showroom is professional, friendly and fun! Each person in the showroom seemed genuinely happy to be there. There was absolutely zero waste on the floor I ordered and just a few remnants of carpeting...so I'd say he's excellent and measurements and aware of customer budgets. The guys who installed the flooring/carpet were on time, super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. AND THEY WERE DONE IN 2 DAYS!! they helped move my furniture and put it back and cleaned up as if they'd never been here.
