"Went into store last week and was helped by Jack. He was really helpful when it came to figuring out what pierces I need in order to put together the sactional I envisioned. I had some pictures and he took the time to help me figure out my options concerning different pieces and fabric that is pet friendly."

"Owner is a genius, make the customer do all the work, it is not as easy as he makes it out to be. Beware. Velcro does not work that well nor can u get every piece seamless and snug, many times you'll have to force the velcro so im worried about how long this will actually last."

"I called to ask if there were any blankets in stock at this store. They told me they did have them in stock, so I headed down. Unfortunately, when I arrived to try and buy one they wouldn't sell me one from the store and would only allow me to get one shipped to me. I feel like they did a bait and switch on me. What's the point of having a store if they won't sell anything? So lame!"

"Do NOT buy anything from this location, particularly do not buy anything from the sales person Madison who messed up every part of my order: - We were charged for the purchase twice which overdrew our credit line and by the time we noticed it a few days later had been reported to the credit bureaus and dropped my credit score by 50 points - The original order did not include any sides which we did not find out until the couch was delivered and had to go back to the store and spend hours on the phone with customer services to order sides while or couch sits in pieces in the living room - The table we ordered along was marked to pick up in the store despite not being told this and not having it in stock anyways, After talking with sales people in the store 3 times this was never told to us until having to finally resort to calling customer service to find out why no one knew where the table was. - Despite having to go to the store multiple times to get this resolved every time we were told the regional manager who had any ability to help was "not available" and the store seemed entirely powerless to resolve any issues. So now instead of sitting on my new couch I'm looking at boxes and non-usable couch sections cluttering my living room while i spend my time on hold with customer services agencies, banks and credit bureaus hoping that buying a couch won't impact my credit solvency for years, no fault of my own. I will never buy anything from Lovesac again, nor would I ever recommend them and especially not their Cherry Creek location to anyone."

"Do not visit this location. We ordered a couch in the store and the sales rep forgot to add on the table we wanted before she created our first order. She then spent 10-20 minutes on the phone to resolve the issue and start a new order. The issue was actually not resolved and both charges ended up going through to our credit line, overdrawing our credit and impacting our score with the credit bureau. Then, we got the order and realized there were no backs or arms included. We assumed they were included in the “sets” on the receipt but our sales rep never added them to the order even though they were in our requested configuration. I am sure the couch will be nice but working with this location has been a nightmare. I am sure we will have to place an unexpected order for the arms and backs, and I don’t even want to think about what it will take to dispute the credit score issue with the bureau. Buy your couch from another location."
