"I was going in to get my haircut when the business supposedly closed at 6 p.m. I got there at 4:15, and there was one haircut in the chair and I was second in line. Me, the woman who was cutting hair, and the client were all talking about life and such as I waited for my haircut. The guy asked her to fix his hair 3 times..... and just after he was done it was 5 p.m. The lady didn't tell me they were closing until she finished with his haircut, and after I had waited there 45 min to one hour when I could have been somewhere else getting my haircut. This is absolutely unbelievably terrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone who is not Asian, because I felt highly discriminated as well. I was the only white person there, and was treated like an outcast for no reason. I gave the upmost respect, except this review because it highly infuriated me the way business was done. "My husband and I just drove to this location to attempt to get a haircut for our son and our daughter who happens to have short hair and we were advised that they don’t do cuts for females at all are we explained that our daughter like some more masculine haircut they said no shook their head and pointed it to the door. Very unprofessional and quite frankly I’m not OK with the sexism"

"She did a great job cutting my hair. I'm going bald and so I'm trying to make what hair I have left on top look OK without a comb over or without completely shaving my head; she cut it as perfect as it could be. The best haircut I've had in Colorado Springs. I'll be going back."
