"I used Create Arts Design Center to upgrade the kitchen in my condo. I think it turned out great, really high quality design and friendly, respectful installers. Midway through the install my HOA had to come repair an unrelated sewerline issue and luckily Denise was able to get countertop installers booked in on short notice to remove countertop and cabinets and reinstall."

"Denise was terrible, recommended product lines and shipped material with no rhyme or reason and when installed told us that a panel needed to be changed, refused to pay for the panel that she ordered wrong, then came back and said that the cabinet company could not provide the piece necessary to make the installation look right. She then told us that we should have used a different cabinet company from the start which is totally unacceptable after the fact! We were sent to her through TL Builders, both were not good, thinking of using them, look elsewhere neither will finish strong, or in our case at all!"

"Quality work but didn't finish the job. Had cabinets added and countertops replaced. Countertop swap was great and her subcontractor was easy to work with but forgot the scribe on the cabinets. She told me she would order it in and get it installed ASAP since it was her fault she didn't order the scribe in the first place. That was 2.5 months ago and even though I sent multiple emails trying to set up a date to finish the install job, haven't heard anything and job is still incomplete. So if you want a job done well but not finished 100%, then this is the company to go with."

"I recently renovated my entire home including; bathrooms, kitchen, basement and flooring throughout, which is a challenging project. I got along well with all involved except Creative Arts Design Center, LLC which I used for my kitchen remodel. After giving me a good idea to eliminate a peninsula and create a cooking island, it went down hill from there. You will not get a cost for her services up front rather, she wants to make her profit from sale of product which is expensive. In my opinion, I grossly overpaid for cheap kitchen cabinetry making this part of my remodel the most disappointing. I would have done better at Home Depot. When I had issues with the quality of her ‘product’ she became very defensive, arrogant and placed blame on all involved except herself. I was referred to CADC by another design consultant who said she was more qualified to do kitchens. I later found out that a referral fee was paid out which I assume was passed on to me. I would not recommend this company."
