"Very poor experience overall. Showroom staff was pleasant to work with and the installers made quick work of the job. However, there was quite a bit of damage done to the baseboards during the install. Paperwork that was provided stated that minor paint and baseboard touchup may be required which is perfectly understandable given the nature of the work being done. However, after raising concerns around the extreme warping and bubbling shown in the photos we were told that they are not responsible for any damage at all and that the damage shown in photos was pre-existing. The home was just recently purchased and was most certainly not in the condition shown, as evidenced by the inspection report. Update - as can be seen in the company's response, the company continues to make false claims and do anything to shirk responsibility and blame water damage while their crew used heat guns to seal the carpet seams. Please be the judge for yourself on what you think damage caused by water vs. what damage caused by heat would look like. Hopefully others will read this and go with another option that cares more about the quality of their service."
