But for the life of me, I cannot fathom why it takes so long ( in my case 4 months) for a national brand to deliver the product in a reasonable amount of time. The last time I was about to buy your bed It was 2012. Canceled it because of lead time for delivery. You would think this problem would have been solved by now. I am sure I am not the only person that feels this way. So I have one question for CEO. DO YOU CARE ? If you do fix it."
"The process they take you through to find your number feels a little silly and almost gimmicky, but overall it was a very low-pressure sales environment. I felt like they really did want to get me in the best bed for me, not the best commission for them, and that was a relief. I did a lot of research ahead of time so that probably contributed to it too. I had a great experience buying my new bed."
