"I won't be coming back. The last time I visited the store I had an exchange to do. I purchased a frame (I know they're cheap, but they shouldn't be as bad as the one I got). I went to put some art inside and it fell apart. I went in to grab a new one. The clerk YELLED at me. Told me that I had intentionally broken it, which I hadn't. When the manager came up, she begrudgingly approved the exchange. The other clerk that helped me was also in a very foul mood. I have worked customer service. I am kind, I am an easy customer. I get how hard it can be. I wouldn't feel so weird about it, if it wasn't entirely hostile the whole visit. I've also seen this same clerk be extremely rude and over the top with a different customer a few weeks back. Please, take time to coach her on how to help people. She's being unkind and rude. The customer service is just so bad. I'm gonna go shop at the Quebec and 470 location. It's farther away, but I don't deserve the treatment I got. I'm a cool person. I am polite, and the manager and employees at the other location treat you well. I'm done. It really bothered me."
