"Tried to shop there yesterday, closed! Waited, then left. Says they open at 10AM. Go again today, closed! So we wait until 11:15 to find a person there but said "We are closed" I asked when they were open and she replied "When I say so!" Lost me as a customer ready to buy. I even can back to try twice lol Wish you the best in the future. You should hire me!"

"All the employees are amazing but Jackie is so educated on the products I had to get my lenses replaced because I accidentally broke mine and Jackie was able to order me a new lens and fix it in the. She was able to fix them extremely quickly even though she was busy assisting others! I no longer want to buy online because I’d much prefer going in to have her help and I want her to get credit for the purchase! Will be back to purchase again!"

"A few weeks ago, I purchased some Oakley sunglasses for my dad’s birthday and they turned out too small for him so today I went to return them and they said they couldn’t take them back because of an insanely micro scratch you could barely see and only under their counter’s light. I told them they must have sold them to me like that because the glasses haven’t even been worn yet. The girl at the counter insisted she checked before she sold them to me but I know she didn’t she did not put it under the light and check it so precisely in the way she did when I tried to return them. I’m 100% sure those glasses were sold to me with the micro scratch and they refused to exchange them for a bigger size, such a waste of money. I can tell they have frequent issues like this based on similar past reviews I’ve read. My family and I have years buying from this sunglass hut and have never had an issue until now. I will never purchase from a sunglass hut again."

She was even able to look at a photo of my husband wearing a pair of sunglasses that he lost and identify the model. I will definitely be back for future sunglass purchases!"

"Bought a pair of Oakley’s here and decided once I got out in the sun the lenses were a bit green and I didn’t like them. I tried to return them a month later when I could make it back, only for them to tell me there was a micro scratch in them and basically too bad. I explained I never wore them and the girl gave me the managers number and talk to her. I left a message and never heard back. That will be the last time I ever buy from sun glass hut. I guess I should have walked right back in and returned immediately."
