"I love Victoria's secret, very good products that last a long time! On a Thursday evening I went to replace a bra that I've had for years from VS. Unfortunately I was there for 30 minutes, and also before close. (Used to close @ 9pm but now it's 8pm?) I understand the desire to go home after a long day. But I probably would have made a purchase, and tipped some cash if somebody would have helped me with some measurements. I was also the only patron in the store with 4 clerks. I was checked on alot, but no help was offered even after I asked for help from multiple clerks and the manager. I was told to come back in the morning, and that they couldn't save the bra I wanted over night. Very inconvenient for me because I work mornings. Just negative vibes all around. :/ Great store! Just wish the clerks where just as helpful as they are supposed to be."

"They had a good selection... but the fitting rooms were disgusting. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuum or mopped in a very long time. There was no chair or place to put my things on, and not a single hook that didn't need a hanger. Next time I will just buy without trying on and return if it doesn't fit."

"VS is always great. I will say that the customer service at the Mesa Mall is really good, these ladies are on top of their job and don't act pretentious or pushy, just helpful and happy! Always enjoy a trip to VS, enjoy that they give you a coupon and that you can use multiples. Their sales are great, the store is always clean and organized and it smells freaking awesome! Love!"
