"Our experience in store was very nice, suit fitting was helpful. I bought a jacket in store for $194.99 that needed the correct size to be shipped to our home in Moab Utah, 2 hours away. When I unboxed the jacket it had a tag on it for $174.99 even though I was charged $194.99 in store. The store will not refund the charge if I am not there in person (4 hour round trip drive) and corporate wont refund the charge because it was in-store. I can't believe this has been such an issue and that the multimillion dollar corporation that is Men's Wearhouse would rather make the process 10x's harder and keep my $20 than fix the issue at hand. It is incredibly disappointing."

"I chose this place to rent a suit for my wedding. I went in to get fitted for a suit in which the manager told me I could up grade the suit because the one I chose was the cheaper one and because of the size of my wedding party renting from there (which was 14 people) I qualified for a 250 dollar credit, so I did. I went in the next time I visited to try on the suit and make sure it fit properly and when I went to check out she told me that my suit was not covered by the 250 dollars that I could use that amount to purchase retail only. I went in today and she told me that I didn’t have credit at all. The same manager every time I went in which made it hell. I recommend not going to men’s warehouse in grand junction and if you do make sure you get written documentation of everything they tell you otherwise you may not have that honored in the end. Our ring bearers were measured in Florida at a Men’s Wearhouse store , then Vanessa was the outstanding employee who stopped what she was doing and offered to help me obtain my rentals. It was a very chaotic day when I arrived with a variety of customers. I was impressed by her courtesy, knowledge and kindness.
