"Responded right away and got me on the schedule to clean upholstery that hadn't been done in over 10 years, and carpets that hadn't been done professionally for probably 7 years. I have 3 dogs (not allowed ON the furniture) so there is always the oil and dirt from them. The ivory fabric couches look fantastic, and areas of carpet that get a lot of foot traffic look great too!
