I found them on eBay and got in contact with them and they worked really hard to earn my business. Mainly, by getting me the best deal they could. We literally saved thousands of dollars going with them. The chair came in about a week or so and we paid less for a new chair than we would have for a used/open box one. Because of that we were able to get a 5 year warranty instead of a 90 day with an open box chair.
