"Buyer Beware. The sales rep was very nice, but did not point out that the base is not returnable in the 90 night trial. Very manipulative sales tactic. She said, "you can try it for 90 days risk free". The part she conveniently left out was there is a "return fee" and "the base can't be returned". I guess they want you to try the mattress on the floor for 90 days. BUYER Beware. Also we called after the store posted a response. THEY DID NOTHING. The response to this post is just PR so they look good."

"Purchased a pillow right after Christmas, and had a similar experience to another review — I tried the pillow on the showroom floor and it was great, but the one I took home is 10x softer and almost unusable as it flattens completely after a few minutes of use. To add to the experience, I was sold the pillow for $250, when it currently sells online for $130. They don’t list their pricing anywhere in the store, so I took the salesman’s word and feel incredibly taken advantage of. Incredibly disappointed as TEMPUR-PEDIC does not allow returns on pillows either, so I’m stuck with it."

"Bought a $200 pillow that is absolutely horrible and not the same quality as the one I tried on the show room floor. They gave me the old bait and switch. Not only did it cost $200 but they refuse to stand behind their product as it can not be returned. Worst and most expensive pillow I have ever used. I will be claiming fraud with my CC company as a last resort after working with their terrible customer support. Temper Pedic has really gone down in quality and support, highly recommend Purple over them these days."

"Everything is fine except the $399 sheet set, unfortunately we cannot return them. The sheets have the feel of cotton sheets that have been washed too many times, limp. We only use the bottom sheet to retain the cooling effect of the mattress, the pillow cases and top sheet are too thin. The mattress is great!"
