"This is a lovely river-side park in Ridgway, not very 'developed' because it's located on a conservation easement, but it does have a bathroom and nice gravel paths that wind along the river. Many locals use it as a put-in for rafting, kayaking or tubing down to the Ridgway Reservoir."
"Nice little area next to the river with great views, and it's dog friendly. We enjoy this area all year round, there's always beautiful views. It's normally not too crowded, either. Please clean up after your pups."
"Absolutely breathtaking views and hiking trails. Definitely worth a second visit in the future ☺️"
"I take my dogs here to let the run. The trail is usually empty of other people and itndoes follow next to the river. Very pretty area."
"Put-in for a run down the Uncomphagre River. Picnic tables, shade, close to town center. A relaxing place to enjoy an afternoon by the river. Home of the Ridgway RiverFest, held the last Sat of June - a family celebration of our river with races, music, food, libations, educational booths for the whole family."
