"I really wish this was a good review, I was looking forward to checking this place out. I’m definitely the kind of person that’s gone to great clips for most of my life but I wanted to try something new. So this was my first time going to an actual barber and paying for a really good haircut. My appointment was at noon, I walked in around 1145, and sat down to wait for my cut. I was not greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in. They were a little behind, so I didn’t sit in the chair until almost 1215, there was no apology for the delay, Ivana was extremely frustrated. I know a lot of people have bad days sometimes but it should not affect your customer service. If I was not the one getting my haircut, I would’ve felt completely invisible. She was going through some personal things and it was very obvious and she was just ranting to her coworker the entire time I was in a chair about how angry she was ..not a very comfortable position to be in when you’re the one sitting in the chair. The cut was OK, which is the only reason for the 3 star rating, but it definitely didn’t feel like she wanted to be cutting my hair in that moment. I wish that the experience was a lot more personable, but like I said, I understand that everybody has bad days. Not a great first time experience. Hopefully I can find a shop that has more friendly staff , that can make me feel comfortable and welcome ."
