"Waited two months for appointment today that was just canceled this morning. Friday before a big Christmas party! No way I’ll get in anywhere else now. Disappointed that at least another stylist wasn’t offered. Was told only one day available next week before Christmas after waiting since October. I’d have to miss work, which isn’t possible. Sorry, won’t be returning!"
