We were a new build and even had issues with the timing of the installation, but Jared and his team worked with us and came out when we were ready. "YES 5 STARS! I needed carpet for a Church in Chinle, Az. ASAP. I did the Web deal, then drove to Farmington. I needed a few estimates. Went to one carpet place down town, another by Mall & then out to FlooringAmerica. The minute I walked through the door Brandi was right there with a Smile & a Warm Welcome. I grabbed more samples. Brandi explained everything. Said she would call & do a follow up with prices & she did later on. I left thinking I was pretty sure which business I would end up working with. Took samples to Decorating committee, they decided right away & it was from the FlooringAmerica samples. Went back to Farmington, Brandi was there with the same Professional & Caring Spirit. She gave me a date for delivery & it was there. Thank The Lord everything fell in place & the carpet arrived in time for the Volunteer Carpet Installer on vacation to install it. So, my point? I learned how to work with the public & everything Brandi showed in doing her job, was how I was taught. Everything I mentioned about what Brandi did, the other places didn't do. "During COVID 19 so I understand the delay of receiving the flooring material. Two different crews, not real good communication between the crews of how they completed the project. The kitchen entry way is still incomplete after I've called continually for FOUR months asking for a crew to come complete the entry way. No return calls, ignored and lied to saying the messages didn't get shared that I called about my concerns."

"Good selection Good pricing What else do you need? UPDATE ! ! ! Manager gave us a ball park price, higher than we wanted to go but for a better service, so wife and I thought ok. Picked out a design she liked from the group the manager indicated. When the quote came it was way higher than the one the manager had mentioned. Went in to talk to them manager reportedly not in and was informed very pointedly by a different individual, that the manager was not the sales person and the price on the quote was the one we would pay. Wrong! The store lost the sale and any chance that we would come back in the future. Yes, we got our flooring installed by another company at a price only slightly higher than the managers suggested price."

"Total rip off! 10 boxes of tiles was ordered for us and we only used 4 1/2 boxes, they won't take 5 boxes back. We gave them the measurements of the area we used it for, whatever they put into the computer was obviously wrong or the guy didnt know what the heck he was doing! Now we're stuck with 5 1/2 boxes of tiles, 2-4x6 walls was what we needed and used, they measured twice as much. Never again are we going to Flooring America! First and last time we'll do business with them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!"
