The store immediately responded with $1200.00 in restocking and shipping fees (>50% of the total cost). This business practice is not customer centric. It takes zero responsibility for what was a shared experience. It reflects a ‘your on your own when shopping with us’ culture. It needs some work. It deterred me from returning my item. It should deter you from shopping here."

"Excellent customer communication. When I ordered my bed frame from Artesano’s, it was back ordered for a few months (I knew this to be the case from the website when I ordered it). Kelly from the store reached out to me shortly after placing my order to make sure I knew about the delivery date being projected out quite a bit. I felt very proactively taken care of. She and I were able to communicate regularly about the status of the delivery. You don’t get that kind of personal support these days. I’ll consider buying more from Artesano’s purely on this experience alone."

"I have no experience working with Artesanos Design face to face, but highly recommend you do not utilize them for any online purchase unless you have no desire to know status of your purchase or do not care when you will receive it. I purchased a Four Hands (I happen to live an hour from the vendor) Modular Desk Dual Bookshelves setup through them which was advertised as in stock and ready to ship for 5k on Jan 4th. I received an email from them that day stating order was placed with vendor and shipped directly from them. I contacted them on Jan 11th and was told this time order was booked day prior (Jan 10th). I emailed on Jan 18th to get an updated status and both POC they had provided were out of office but said to email their “frontdesk” email for immediate assistance which I did to attempt to get an update. I have received no response back. So here I sit, 18 days after paying for and placing an order with them to have been told two separate dates my order with vendor was placed and still have no clue if/when I will ever receive what I paid 5k to them will be provided to me… You have been warned if you decide to utilize them for an online purchase."

"High-quality merchandise and furniture right down the line. Lots of stimulating art, too. VERY friendly and down-to-earth staff. Unpretentious. Tremendous customer service - they will absolutely follow through when needed. Durango (and surrounding counties, too) should be proud to have this store. Imagine the town without it -- not good!"

The service I got was incredible. Super communicative every step of the way from purchase to shipping to delivery and so on. Would absolutely work with them again."
