I had my trial with Preslee before the wedding, and after the trial, she sent an email with questions, requesting photos of how my hair held up. I was so impressed with this level of follow-up and detail, and was even more impressed when she showed up on the wedding day with specific responses about how we could address the small issues I had. Beyond all that, Preslee is super efficient, kind, and calm. She is a dream person to work with on your wedding day."
