"I asked for pastel tips and Jenny delivered!!! It was clear she takes pride in the work she does, and for good reason! She was detail oriented, easy to talk to, re-did my tips until she was happy with how they looked, funny and excellent at what she does! She could very easy open an independent studio and be a huge success. I will absolutely be coming back!"

"The owner is a beautiful, kind, amazing lady. The first time I came in with a friend of mine and Danny and Candice did the d*mn thing. Both of our nails looked so good we got pedis right after and again, immaculate and those women were so kind as well. I would come back monthly just for the service we got that day. The second time I went, I didn't feel as much love. Again, the owner and her husband are amazing. Love them both! I had a very important occasion coming up, and I accidentally broke a nail, so I went in for a new set. I was quoted one thing, then told it'd be $40 more after my tech clipped my old ones off. I asked the owner, and they talked about it. Ultimately, I had to choose a different design. I showed her a different picture to go with and asked for color modifications. Things got mildly argumentative. I was feeling deflated and defeated, so I just gave up and said she could just do what she wanted. I let her know my nails are very thin and sensitive, but they were filed very aggressively (burning and filing into the nail bed) and when she was taking off my previous set, she attempted to just pry them off. Since they were barely 2 weeks old, it caused a ton of pain, so I asked for acetone to just soak them. Eventually, when they were done, the price was (reluctantly) as quoted, but my 15 year old asked why my left hand was so wonky. Cue awkward mom smile. I just kind of feel like I was bothering her by having an appointment, asking for acetone, asking for color modifications, and by panicking and struggling to find a different design that I liked. (It takes me weeks to decide on a design if it's not a solid color. Neurodivergence, what can I say) I want to go back for the design I showed when making that second appointment, but I will absolutely wait until Candice is available. Overall, the salon is 10/10."

"I've been going to a shop here in town for about 10 years. I ran into Gloss today because my shop was closed and I couldn't wait. I sat with Antony and he saw how awful the base of my nails were. He took them all off and started new. He used a different technique to strengthen the base and avoid lifting. This is the first set in years that isn't bumpy or flat. I love them. It turns out that I found a new nail shop. Thank you!"

"Me and bestie had our nails done here. My Tech was Candice and she gave me the best set I’ve ever received. Asked her to freestyle a winter set and it was my friends first time ever having nails and she’s IN Love. they are all very kind too please come here !! It’s worth your money! They also use really good nail products which is also a green flag for me."

"First experience here and I am very please ! I had Danny and he was awesome he took his time and made sure I was ok with my length and shape. I love my nails, the only thing I would say is the price is pricing lol and the color options for the price didn’t make me feel great. I wanted a deep tone brown for fall And they only had a lighter in gel. Would love for them to update in the colors area but over all I will Be going back :)"
