"The lady dropped the nail drill twice the first time dropping it on me and nicking my foot, second time she caught it. I payed 90$ for a gel mani and pedi and I tipped them 20$. The color selection was small. Within 12 hours the gel was bubbling and they started to peel off in layers, I have never experienced that that before. Gel is a 20$ up charge, that’s because it’s supposed to last longer. I called and they did offer to fix it, but as the day went on my fingers started to hurt bc of how aggressive they were with my nail. I decided against letting them touch my nails again. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO."

"Nancy was super nice, however for a new set of dip nails, she charged me $85.00 with 2 fingers with designs on them. That was the most expensive set of nails i ever paid for, and the quality of the product sucked. Within 2 days, my nails chipped so i went back to have them fixed. She wanted to charge me again if i wanted to have them removed and have tips put on instead, but repaired them for free. So i repaired them, only 2 days later YET AGAIN... the same 2 nails chipped and broke. At this point, at home, i decided to remove them myself and take my business elsewhere. They didn't even last 1.5 weeks total. Nice people, WAAYYY tooo pricy!!"

"So disappointed, I thought I found a good place but unfortunately it was only good the first time. I went to get a manicure today with my sister who got a full set of acrylics with designs. I waited for my sister for over an hour after my nails were finished and the nail tech said mine were dry so we were all good. We left and went shopping and over an hour later I looked at my nails and they were destroyed, I realized they were still wet. I went back to the salon and asked if this was normal and I was met with attitude like I had done something wrong. I asked if they could just remove the polish (as I couldn’t just continue on with my day risking getting wet nail polish all over the place) and they reluctantly agreed. I asked again if it was normal that it wasn’t dry over two hours later and they just told me I should have gotten gel, I felt like they were accusing me of trying to get free services so I just left. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the older gentleman who originally did my manicure was so nice and the salon is clean."
