"Madeline charges higher rates compared to most lash technicians I've encountered. Despite having my lashes done for years, I've never experienced such poor retention until I began going to her. I’ll admit my last lash tech was using too much glue & was far from my house. Madeline seemed like she genuinely care but I was wrong. Initially, I was advised not to wash my lashes, which seemed absurd, but I complied with her instructions. Lashes would be falling off excessively by day 4. Brace yourself for a trial-and-error experience as a client. She shifts blame onto clients for lash issues and charges for fixes."

She is very clean and through, takes her time, and is a great conversationalist.
