"Just made an appointment for my husband this morning right at opening @9am. He was first in line got bumped to 5th. Husband shows up to the appointment and they can't find him. I have screenshots from checking in on line, but still couldn't find him. Told him he had to make another appointment and wait over 84mins. Ridiculous when he was the first check in. Horrible service they should of made it right. Never going back"

"haven’t gone to a great clips in a while but even before this they even were a little bit better but this time was very different my parent walks up to the barber and asks for her to give me a low fade on the sides and on the back and told her that I could chose what I want for the rest of the hair. Completely disregarding what my parent had said seconds ago and not even asking me what else I want for my haircut she instead goes straight for my bangs and cuts then straight across scratch the straight part out because she cut them crooked I she proceeds to cut hair off the top of my head while still not saying a single word or asking me about anything she cuts my sides and my neck way high and does a horrible job fading my hair with the hair on top of my head and even after 2 months of my hair growing back my bangs are still not straight and my hair now looks like a slab of meat loaf on top of my head. Just forgot to mention the first barber did so bad that the second barber stepped in and had to redo my sides and my neck when she did this she chopped off both sides of my head and still did a really bad job fading my hair still hasn’t grown to correct the fading as well if anybody has any other recommendations for haircuts please let me know because I will NEVER come back to any barber shop that has the words clips in it."
