"Unfathomably rude!!! I am at a conference. I don’t have my wallet with me just my badge and my credit cards, etc. I’m 66 years old. Bartender ID’d me and would not serve me and asked me to leave and was unbelievably rude to me and to my guest also"

"I don't go to dive bars for the food. I go for the booze and the bartenders. I haven't caught the names of the tall bearded guy and the other bearded guy that I normally see, but they are 11/10 bartenders. If you need a good dive bar and you're a Packers fan, this is the bar for you on football nights. Otherwise I'm a big fan of staff, the prices, and the atmosphere."

"Honestly I’ve been going there for a while beacuse it’s close to my house and majority of the time I get pretty lame service all the staff are in bad moods and I have seen them mistreat multiple people in front of me. Last Saturday was my last straw the staff was ridiculously rude to not just me, but like all customers just bad bad vibes I’d rather have to go further or pay more money than deal with that staff. I miss the OGs or when they liked their job."

"I frequent The Horseshoe Lounge. It’s such an awesome spot to mingle. STRONG drinks. Rae and Johnathan, you’re the best!! The 3pm - 7pm happy hour simply can’t be beat. Especially on Mondays. The Pizza and Truffle & Piggy Tots are on point too. To the bartender I've seen working Wednesday and Saturday…screaming “ID’s!!!! Let’s see em!!” The very second you walk through the door is extremely unwelcoming. Doesn’t deter me though because I love The Shoe."
