"I've been here many times and most stylists are great except for one. I don't know her name but she is at the front on the left (looking in from the front door). Always way to talkative and unprofessional. I know a lot of people like talking during a haircut, but a lot of us don't. Learn to read your customers. Went in the day after Christmas, and while waiting I heard her coughing so hard she was nearly hacking up a lung on her customer. I heard her mention the she was getting over COVID and just laughed it off. At least wear a mask. I was leaving for a trip the next day and really needed this haircut, otherwise I would have left. Of course I got her. I could feel her breathing all over me. Even worse was she spent half the time going on about how much she hated her manager because of what she was doing to her on Christmas eve or something. I really didn't care and thought it very unprofessional that she would slander her boss like that to a customer. She seemed to expect sympathy from me. At many points she just stopped cutting and just blabbed. I never once asked a questions about it or made any notion that I cared. Again, most stylists are great but this lady needs a course in professionalism."

"I called great clips the day after Christmas, Cindy answered the phone. She was very polite and helpful, I came in right away And I actually got to have Cindy as my hair technician she was excellent!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and probably 15 minutes later I was done and it was beautiful. Just exactly what the picture looked like and what I wanted!! I actually give her 10 stars not five she definitely deserved it. thanks again Cindy I will be seeing you again soon!"
