"I was BURNED!!! LITERALLY! I hope I'm not permanently scarred. If I could give a 0 star I would. I had my brows waxed and dyed and was so burned from whatever he used to wipe me down I had to go to urgent care and get medicine. It was excruciating pain. It went all around my brows down on my top lids and the space between your eyes. So red and swollen. I not only medicated but had to use ice to help with the swelling. By the way, my brows are no longer tinted. He also gave me lashes which started falling out in 4 days. That was $185 well spent. NOT!!!"

"TERRIBLE!!! Tried 4 times, really wanted to like this place. EVERY TIME I have been very disappointed. I had an appt and waited more than an hour to be helped, the dip was all over my fingers, stuck to the sides as not properly applied and they genuinely did not appreciate a great cash tip. That last parts on me, but I expect if a company says please tip in cash, it should at least be appreciated. Husband and wife are only employees so long waits for appts and TERRIBLE service."

"UPDATE: he put eyelashes directly on my eyelid and it has caused bumps and major irritation. I’ve also added a picture and another picture of the lashes he chopped off to make them shorter when I came back to have them fixed. Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Do not go here to Thomas for eyelashes. Received a bad set of eyelash extensions, they were way too long for my face (they hit my glasses and touched my eyebrows) and I was not given any options on length before he decided for me what he thought would look best, went back in to have them fixed and he trimmed them very poorly and added more which made them very heavy and irritated my eyes (they looked terrible, bluntly cut, and uneven picture attached). I asked for a refund and wanted them taken off. I did receive a 50% refund but had to pay a lot more not only to have the lashes he did, removed by another place (because i did not trust him to remove them and the cleanliness was too questionable) but then paying for a new set of lashes to be done in a clean environment and properly, which was costly. Honestly, the back room is not clean and I would question the cleanliness of the tools used for lashes, as I believe he uses the same tools on everyone. All and all I would caution anyone getting lashes here to thoroughly look at the back room and make sure it is up to your standards for cleanliness, he can also be very pushy in regards to just getting you in his chair to pay him for sub-par lashes."
