"Cannot believe the horrible experience. My first time here and I read that some ladies had to go somewhere else to fix their nails after coming here, well now I am looking around for a better place. This lady made three of my fingers bleed, I'm Type 1 Diabetic so this isn't just a cut, it's a possible infection that I have to watch for. She went way too fast and hard with the drill tool. At the end she sent me to her daughter to finish the work and I said no, I'm done. Because I wasn't happy with the experience. So the lady heard and came up and said "yoy don't want to pay? Leave!" With a slight nudge. Rule #1 Don't touch people. I'm not complaining that it hurt, I'm upset that they are careless and obviously don't care about the customers. This is the lady that sits behind the register. Not happy with my nails and how they chose to usly the situation"
