"Very unprofessional, I called to make an appointment and I received a rude answer directing me to some app, then I had to pay a 10 dollar booking fee for her to cancel and hour before my appointment. Without any apology and then when I tried to call and reschedule no one picked up, very dissatisfied and cannot believe I paid this lady 10 dollars for her to be rude to me and cancel"

For @Xander Elliot below I do apologize that you had a terrible experience but I am 100 percent sure that you did not see that treatment at this Salon as there is only one stylist and has been that way for years. There are two other salons right on the same strip and I can assure you that it must have been one of them. We keep our salon sanitized and naturally fresh scented at ANY time of the year. We also do not let anyone else style our clients hair EVER! (As you referred to your mother having to take over and blow dry a clients hair)We take our business very serious and professional as possible and would never let an incident like that happen to were a client is bleeding and full of tears. Also we do not use SUAVE products on any of our clients whether they are Black, White, Hispanic OR Asian. Thanks!"
