"I absolutely love this place! I was hesitant in the beginning because it was difficult for me to find reviews and information on DeBeauty Clinic and I always like to do a little research beforehand. I’ve been following the Lips_in_Denver IG page for quite some time and I’ve been impressed with what I see. This place does not disappoint!! I booked a full face with Anna and not only was she amazing but she was fast! I have a previous injury to my face and unfortunately for me it’s not symmetrical. Anna was able to look at my face and know exactly what I needed and where I needed it. Everything looks great and my lips are perfect! I’m super happy with my results. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and welcoming. Anna is very knowledgeable and a great injector!"

"The staff here has not been kind to me and has made it pretty clear that I’m not getting a refund so I want to share my entire experience. Please note this was my fourth time getting filler in the past 7 years (had it done by someone else before but recently moved) so I knew what to expect. First, I should have ran from the beginning - as I sat down in the waiting area to do the paperwork, the injector came out and started putting numbing cream on me already and sat down pressuring me to hurry and sign the forms - not giving me a chance to read. Meanwhile, two other staff members were in the background complaining about a different customer that was calling them saying that they weren’t happy with their results. These were all red flags and I should have trusted my gut to leave at that point. I told the injector MULTIPLE times that I only wanted a small amount in my bottom lip and that I did not want ANY filler in my top lip. I was happy with my smile and just wanted a little oomph in my bottom lip. She continued to argue with me and did it anyways. She also used the entire syringe of filler. Again, I had made it clear that I only wanted a small amount in the bottom and none in the top. At this point I wanted to cry, but it was too late. I just prayed that after the swelling went down it wouldn’t look as bad. I was wrong. After the swelling went down, it looked worse because my actual lips were smaller but all of the filler injected incorrectly and was above my lip and in multiple large lumps/balls on the bottom/underneath my top lip. I can no longer really smile with my teeth and it just looks deformed. Above my lip is now very thick, puffy, and firm. There are thick hooks on the sides of my lips now and a very obvious and thick filler “mustache” that goes all the way up to the bottom of my nose and creates an obvious outline where you can see the shadow from the filler. It protrudes very far out and I look like a rabbit or a Simpsons character. Additionally, the injector caused nerve damage during the injection and ever since i have had large areas throughout my face that are now numb where I just get tingling sensations, even over a month later. I have no idea if or when this will ever go away. I have been in tears and am disgusted every time I look at myself in the mirror now. On top of that, I have a connective tissue disorder which means I can not use dissolver as it dissolves not only the filler, but your own natural HA. There are many studies now showing that about 20% of people have very bad reactions to dissolver (60% rating on RealSelf people that have gotten dissolver saying it was not worth it and having bad reactions, even without autoimmune or connective tissue disorders), with many normal people being permanently disfigured and disabled because it starts attacking their connective tissues. When I tried to explain this to the staff on why I would not use dissolver, I was called a liar - they claimed that the filler has hyaloranidase (dissolver) in it and that if that was true I would have had a reaction already. (False) Trust me, if I thought I could get dissolver without health implications - I would do it in a heartbeat. I’ve cried over this experience and knowing that I have to live looking like this until they naturally dissolve, which could take years - especially since migrated filler typically takes longer to dissolve, has really taken a toll on my self confidence. Especially when I have friends and coworkers asking me what’s wrong with my lip. Attached are photos of what my lips look like now a month after injection and what it looked like before. I hope this helps people so that they don’t have the same experience as me."
