"I had an extremely disappointing experience here. My pedicure was fine but my nails look absolutely horrible. It’s the day before thanksgiving so i’ll have no time to get them fixed and i’ll be stuck with these horrible nails. I asked for square french tip, the acrylic is extremely thick and some of my nails look round. All of my nails are uneven."

"Got a pedicure, the price was great but overall the experience sucked. I went in with well shaped but grown out nails and left square, uneven ones. I asked her to leave them a little bit longer and round them out but she shaved my big toe down as far as she could go and left the rest super straight across. When I went to get my color I noticed all the polishes were old and gross, (I never get gel the first time in case I have to fix it myself) picked out a lighter green with shimmer effect and this was what was put on instead. I didn’t say anything because I was so taken aback. Absolutely would not recommend!"

"Gel manicure overlapped on cuticle skin (so it will peel up in a week or so) & cuticle trimming was too deep in some places & still had white pieces dangling off in other places. When I asked them to fix (cut off white dangly skin & just buff down cuticle gel) they got snippy & said that’s my skin & the best they can do & it was normal. I’ve gotten my nails done the exact same way (same gel brand, same color, and shape) for 5 years in a row. I know what a good manicure looks like & I know what good customer service is & this place isn’t it. Also their nail clippers are rusty & tools clearly not sanitized between uses. This place is close to my house so I’ve given them 3 chances and have never been satisfied when I’ve left."

"Best pedicure EVER. Listen, they CARE. They take their time, pay attention to detail and give their clients a relaxing 5 star experience. The prices are an absolute bargain for the service. I took my grandma and they gave us both excellent and careful service on our gel pedicures. Every time I look down at my perfect pink toes, I think of our wonderful memory of being pampered here. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area."
