"My eyebrows were beautiful before she messed them up. My friend was there and she was not trusting he was going to pay and went into the waiting area and demanded money before she even started the procedure. I could feel her digging into my eyebrows to the point where they were bleeding. I didnt tell her to stop because i didnt notice she was doing this on purpose. Do not go to this place, she is vindictive and all up in my business, pretending to be a friend and oversharing about her personal life as well. It takes 7 years to grow my hair back. I cant believe i came back a 2nd time. I tried to get a deal because of the damge she caused to my eyebrows and she wouldnt give me a deal. I understand she has younger kids but she obviously did not realize that my eyebrows just needed a touch up. She makes me have to draw my eyebrows on everyday because she damaged them for life. I cant believe how no one likes me because my eyebrows are permanently uneven. She gouged out my skin to the point that i was in excruciating pain. I dont recommend this place to anyone."
"This is an excellent and practical waxing studio. The quality of wax used here is exceptional and if you’ve been waxing for years, you should know the difference. I’ve been coming here for 7+ years and I always leave feeling beautiful and confident. Krista is extremely detail oriented. You’ll be in and out and feeling your best!"
"I've known Krista and Alaina for years and their place is fantastic. Great service and they are both super professional. The only place that I'll have Brazilian wax services done - no one else can come at me with hot wax but these two! The yoni steaming is also amazing and very beneficial!"
