"I’m only giving Kosmos 1 star, not because she isn’t a sweet lash tech, but the overall experience was horrible! The first time I went she got lash glue all in my eyes. The lashes were not attached at the root and half of my left eye fell out second day of having the lashes. I will say she did “fix” them for free. But they haven’t lasted at all. Again my entire left eye has completely fallen out, not to mention she got lash glue in my eyes again. During each session she plays this music that is just very stressful overall. I know how to take care of my lash extensions and these just aren’t good quality and don’t last. I won’t be coming back here again, and neither should you, for lashes anyway."

"I scheduled one facial for me and one for my grandmother through ClassPass. We were there on time and the place was closed. I called the number and she said that she was late (her tone on the call wasn’t too apologetic) she was like: you can wait for me or if you don’t, I don’t know. Fast forward we waited for her. Got the facial for my grandma and rescheduled mine for the next day because I wasn’t going to be able to stay due to her lateness. When she finished my grandma she said “oh no, we can not do it tomorrow because I just got booked by someone else. I said okay, lets do it when I come back to Denver which was 10 days after. She scheduled me for Thursday and that’s what I have in my calendar. I called her on Monday. ( 3 days before) to ask her for a confirmation and she said that the appointment was for that same day and that it was going to be a no show no call. I told her that I was actually calling her for a confirmation on Thursday because that’s what we spoke about and she said “no, you should have gotten a confirmation on the appointment” which I never did ! And she said : how can I know you didn’t get a notification? I said, -first because I’m telling you I didn’t, second because if you are working with an app to schedule appointments you can ask them or check if I got one or not and when. She said she doesn’t do that. She had no solutions for this, and she refused to give the services. The day my grandma got her facial I tipped her and gave her a 5 start review on ClassPass even tho she was late and couldn’t do my facial. Her attitude is terrible and her admin skills aren’t existent. She gave me a whole lecture on how ClassPass doesn’t pay her enough which is not my fault. If you feel like third parties don’t pay you enough why would you apply for it in first place. She refuses to give a good service on clients she get through ClassPass as if is our fault. The nerve of this woman arguing with a client when is all her fault is insane. She should consider hire someone else that can handle her relationships because she is the rudest person I’ve ever deal with in beauty industry."
