"By far the worst nails I have ever gotten…. I don’t and have never left a bad review on something before but I walked in on Friday and asked for stiletto shape the women immediately got nervous. She started asking someone else how to do it. He came over showed her how to clip them and then walked away. While she was filing them I had a tip come off. She dipped my nails about 6 times and also barely shaped them. Very unimpressed and should not have had to pay 62$ for someone to practice on me. She continuously asked them if she was doing it right and everything. The women doing my sisters nails had cut 3 of her cuticles, didn’t say anything about it. Her French tip on the left pointer finger was crooked when my sister said something about it the women simply said “your finger just goes like that.” And pointed in a crooked direction. They were nice ! Just horrible nails. I’ve lost 3 already. Considering going in and telling them to take it off and refund me at this point."
