"Definitely not happy. I was charged to fix my nails from the day before. I originally got a classic French. It was the worst French I ever got. No line was straight or consistent. And the dip started to lift off the very next day. So I went back and said let’s do ombré. I understand it’s different so I would totally be ok paying an extra $20. But she charged me $45 and they are not good. None of my nails are straight other than my pinky. There is a dip on the surface of every nail. A waste of over $100. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they fell very short."

"I have to say this is probably the worst nail experience I’ve had. On a majority of my nails the acrylic wasn’t even placed so you can see my own nail. It wasn’t done to the back of my cuticle so they already look grown out. My pedicure is awful. You can see lines all over where it was rushed. Half my toe nails don’t have nail polish on a majority of the nail.. last photo is after only 5 days of having these nails. They look like they’ve been on for 4 weeks after only 5 days"
