"Julie is the best!!! I love a Barbie blonde and it’s so hard to find anyone who won’t melt my hair! I have a natural level 3 brown, so it’s amazing she can lift me to a level 10 in one setting! Other stylists in the past have had to bleach my hair multiple times for the same outcome. She has also done a wonderful job with other services for me… brow waxing, lash extensions and hair cuts!!! 10/10 recommend."
