"My experience was bad. I was extremely disappointed I got a basic rebase for 50$ & was very bad she even said the nail was crooked.!!!! I said no it’s not.! So she got very mad. Because I asked her to fix it. Plus She didn’t have the color to match my acrylic I originally had but put one & looks horrible she could’ve told me before staring she didn’t have that one to match. She drilled so deep in my nail it hurts very bad. I’m very disappointed. After she gave me attitude I just wanted to get out."

"First time visiting this salon and I decided to treat my daughter and myself. So first when we walked in they asked what we needed and I told them two full sets please. There was a few ladies that were free and they just all kind of looked at each other and left us standing there. Finally they took my daughter. My daughter showed the lady what she wanted and the lady kept pushing her to get the Dip powder (not what my daughter wanted) my daughter also wanted stiletto and she refused to do that. Then my daughter wanted a simple heart on one of her fingers and they lady told her no. I was patiently waiting to get my set done so I decided to get a pedicure the water was cold and my toenails are not evenly filed. When it was time to get my nails done I had asked for a ombré design and the lady said she couldn’t do it so I had to pick something else so I did. I now have acrylic all over my fingers and the acrylic is all the way down to my cuticles so I know my nails will be lifted by tomorrow. $200 and the worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. My daughter not being happy is the most heartbreaking part about it."

"So I went here for the first time and they were somewhat nice. I really thought I love my pedicure and full set until I left and seen all the flaws. I spent 125 with tip and this is what I got. You be the judge There is alot of missed spots and bumpy parts and the clear coat is all over my fingers! I hate to say this because she was so nice but it's the truth . I do love the color but the attention to detail is lacking alot. An they do make u feel like if you try to correct it it's a problem. "What you don't like?"!"

"Stopped in this evening for the first time. When I walked in , there wasn't a single person in the salon besides the 2 workers. Cindy took me right away. Let me tell you about Cindy. I showed her a picture I really wanted for my rebase,but she said she couldn't do it. I picked a different design, and she nailed it! Cindy is so kind and generous. Her attention to detail blew my mind. Ms. Cindy redid the mistake of the person who last did my nails at a different salon. I truly appreciated that. Cindy takes her time and fixes her mistakes of excess polish where it shouldn't be. She showed me where the sink was and prepared the brush with soap for me. For the first time in a long time , Cindy did my nails just as I prefer to have them and did the shape and length just the way I asked. Short and thin. The powder isn't thick and uneven. They're perfect. I don't really care to do my nails, i prefer to do just my toes, but the way Cindy does nails, I may do a few more rounds just to get my nails done by her. The shop was clean and she was very gentle too. She kept asking if the shape was okay. She said, " If you don't like it, tell me I will fix it for you." Cindy, you're a great nail tech. Thank you for taking care of me today. I appreciate it. I look forward to more visits with you. Hopefully, you do pedicures, too. Shout out to the other tech, too. When a normal returning client walked in for his service, that tech was right on it and knew exactly what the man gets every time. That was impressive. Wonderful customer service at this nail salon.
