"Toni is always so attentive to what she is doing, but more importantly, she makes the customer feel welcome. My mother wasn't in the mood to go out, but she really wanted her nails done. By the time we left, Toni had improved Mom's mood drastically! (And her nails look great!!)"
"I went in to image hair design today using a groupon for a gel mani pedi for $35! I saw the one star review on here and figured I’d back these ladies up! The location is in a strip mall right outside of downtown castle rock. It’s small, but they know it’s small so they keep appointments timed so there isn’t any more than four people there. One woman does hair and the other does nails (I’m so mad I can’t remember their names and I even got a business card of theirs. I left it in the car and don’t want to wait to write this) The lady who did my nails did a great job! The massage was the best I’ve had at any salon and my nails look perfect. Everyone knew everyone and the environment was positive and welcoming. When done, I didn’t have cash on me but they use square so I was able to tip through that. She even gave me a small tube of lotion as a early Christmas surprise. Overall I’m so happy I ignored the google review and went in. I’m sure the review wasn’t left blindly and I’m not trying to say they’re full of it. It’s just nice to go somewhere where everyone is in a good mood doing what they love doing, and my nails show that love. ☺️ I’m not being paid and figured that was worth mentioning."
