"My wife and I have had several visits at this location and the past few visits have been terrible. Poor haircuts on several occasions, undisclosed charges ($45 for a blowdry after the cut is ridiculous), and today was the final straw. I was on the waitlist, got a notification at 5:31 that they would be ready for me in 15 minutes, showed up at 5:45 to find the door locked. People inside wouldn't acknowledge my presence outside the door. Temporary sign on the door says they are closing at 6PM today, even though their regular hours are supposed to be open until 7PM and I showed up at 5:45! Why would they choose to ignore me and not simply open the door and say "sorry our automated system didn't realize we wanted to shut down early today". Just rude."

"Monica is incredible! I took my mother down there for a shampoo today because she's had a lot of surgeries and medical issues lately. Didn't expect much for a $10 shampoo but Monica really knocked it out of the park! She was patient, gentle, and kind to my mother in every way...Mom looked and felt much better with her hair clean. Thank you so much Monica and keep up the awesome work! You made Mom's day!"

"I had to edit my rating. For the longest time we have had a very nice hair dresser but she wasn't in today and we were stuck with Tina (that was the name on the receipt, she never introduced herself). My son who is 5 came in for the cut. 'Tina' rattled off the lengths the hair dressers had used on his previous haircuts and looked at my like I should know what she was talking about. She then cut my sons hair and literally didnt say one word to me or him during the cut. No 'do you comb it this way' or 'what do you think?'. Zero warning for my kiddo when she used clippers or sprayed him in the face with water. I am grateful he is such an easy, well behaved kid. I'd imagine most kids would have screamed or complained. When I asked her about a few horribly uneven parts she got very terse and rude. We will be going to CR from now on."
