"I came here for the 1st time a few weeks ago & was not disappointed. I purchased the CBD pedicure & full set of nails. The pedicure was phenominal & it came with a margarita. My designs were simple on my fingers for Bi Polar Awareness this month."
"I do want to start out by saying that I have come into this salon about 5 times now. I continued to come back because I always loved my nails no matter who the nail tech was. Today, I brought my mother-in-law with me, and I was treated so poorly by 2 of the staff members. My nail tech sliced the cuticle on my thumb. I jumped because it hurt. No apology. I was asked to go wash my hands and t when the water hit the cut, that’s when I noticed that it cuticle was actually bleeding. After looking closer at my thumb, I realized it was sliced pretty good. I went back to show her and asked that she be careful because I was bleeding. She then asked another tech to go get some anti-septic solution. Without washing her hands or taking any sanitary precautions, she proceeded to put the anti-septic solution on my nail, pull out cotton from a drawer, clean it off and then slapped what she called “glue” on top of it. The glue was CLEARLY used. It was in a nail polish type of bottle and the nail polish brush in the bottle was used directly on my skin. I asked if the glue had been used on other customers and she denied it. It was a blatant lie. I requested to take photos of the supplies used to cleanse my cut, in case of infection so that my doctor knows what was used. I was being as nice as possible. She refused to show me the bottle of glue that she used. My mother-in-law and I both saw her out it back in the drawer. She only let me take a photo of a base gel (not what she used… and if she did, the bottle was also half empty and clearly used on other customers) and refused to let me take a photo of the drawer that the cotton came out of. This is when I got confronted by another tech (maybe manager?). I told her what happened, that I was requesting photos and that I was previously bleeding. My mail tech literally told the other tech “she wasn’t bleeding”. Another lie. I showed her the paper towel that I used after cleansing my hands that had my blood on it and showed her the cut that the blood came from. They continued to tell me that it was my fault, I made myself bleed and THEN tried to charge me more than I’ve ever paid stating their “well, our prices went up.” You can tell by the tone in her voice that this was a lie and that they were just being rude at this point. They only lowered the price to what I typically pay because I turned to the male tech I always see in there (who seems to have a manager type or lead position?) and told him “You have seen me in here so many times. I have never paid this much. That is not right.” He thankfully asked her to lower the price. I was treated like complete garbage, no one apologized and some of the most unsanitary and UNSAFE practices were used to treat my open wound. The other tech also tried to make excuses of why their wound practices are different than in healthcare. It does not matter WHAT industry you work in. You need to have sanitary protocols in place in the event that you cut your client. This is a space that uses drills and sharps. Wounds can and will happen. Better practices need to be put in place. If google would let me post the video of her refusing to show me the glue used and where the cotton was stored, I would. attached are photos of my cut, blood and supplies used to clean it. Photo is after she attempted to clean it and you can see the texture/reflection of the “glue” used in the photo. I unfortunately did not get a photo of the cut right when it happened, but photos were taken in the salon."
"I am SO impressed with T&T and will be making it my permanent nail salon! I have followed them on instagram for some time now, and after taking their pics to my former salon and always being disappointed I thought “why am I not just going to the source of this amazing art”. I took inspiration from one of their IG posts and Angel recreated it beautifully on my shorter and differently shaped nails. She is truly an artist. I am thrilled with my nails. Also, the place is cute, clean, and the staff is so friendly. It was nice to see them all chatting and getting along, offering advice on how to recreate my look etc. It felt like a nice team. There is Spanish speaking staff which is awesome. I loved the whole vibe of the place and what they do is absolutely top notch for Denver, they are killing it! Don’t hesitate to try this place!"
"I am never disappointed with their work! They do fabulous designs and the price is JUST right! And they can always fit me as I usually don’t schedule ahead of time. I love them and highly recommend them!"
