"I called prior to going in-asking if they had an appointment available for me. They said yes to come in. I was there within 10 minutes. I said I had just called, you told me to come in and they just look at me like I'm completely stupid and an inconvenience so I left. Update Please know I wasn't even told there was a weight nor was I complaining about a weight. I was disappointed that when I walked in nobody said anything to me. They just stared at me like I was dumb."

"The absolute worst. The manager was nice but my nail came out awful (that she did) Do not recommend at all ! The picture was a simple ombre I asked for (posted) and this is what I go."

"The only place I trust with my nails! I always get dip with some kind of design add on and they always are helpful with finding the right colors & nail tech to make it happen. Recommend making an appointment! They do take walk ins but sometimes the wait can be long depending on how busy they are - which is often!"

"I do not recommend if you’re very particular about your nails. Not the worst I’ve ever gotten but I still am not satisfied. I went there twice to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but both times I scheduled online for a dip powder full set and they gave me acrylic and gel both times, the first time she cut me really deep, and both times the edges are really poorly done and there’s a lot of exposed nail. From a far they don’t look bad and they’re really flat and smooth but the exposed nail makes me nervous that they are going to last as long."
