"bought a service through Groupon, and tried to schedule an appointment multiple times. I didn’t get a response until I left a voicemail about how frustrated I was not being able to get in contact with anyone, and was immediately sent a text. After that, I didn’t get a response for another 24 hours. I proceeded with a refund through Groupon. Bummed since overall this salon has good reviews, but clearly the universe prevented me from getting my hair done here for a reason! Be weary of buying their discounted services."
