"I got a spray tan package, the most expensive one, after a few visits. Once I purchased the package the lady was rarely available to book me an appointment. The last straw for me was when I booked an appointment the day before I went to St. Thomas Island and she was a no show!! She later texted saying sorry about her mistake. I asked her to reimburse me which she said she would. She never did, I aske her again two weeks later if she would, and she said again that she would follow up but never did. I never got to use all of the tans on my package that I PREPAID FOR. She still owes me."

"I cant believe I paid $100 for my hair to look like my toddler cut it. I've never had a worse haircut in my life. I told him I wanted blended layers and framing around my face and I got this: a huge chunk chopped right off of my face. Super choppy layers and no framing. I told him I parted my hair on the side and he ignored me and kept cutting my hair with a middle part. It looked fine in the salon after he styled it, but after a week of trying to style it on my own, it looks awful. I won't go back for them to try to fix it. I'm so embarrassed to go out in public."
