"WARNING: DO NOT COME TO REMOVE ACRYLICS! TW: PAINFUL HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! I brought my partner here to remove acrylic nails after one broke a few weeks ago & they completely ruined her natural nails and left some bleeding/cut. I assumed they’d use a solution to soak them off like at other places, but she just ripped them off dry! I understand they cannot work once there’s blood, but she cut the skin & then left the acrylic hanging there. She knew she did my partner wrong so she told us to go free of charge although she told me the price when we walked in. My partner was horrified with the experience as it was the first time getting acrylics & was in so much pain they refused to go back in to have the woman fix the mess. Ended up going to buy supplies to fix it at home, but it took a while to regrow/strengthen the natural nail after. You’re better off doing it at home or going somewhere else."
