"Been going here for at least 5 years. Not sure about female cuts but as a man vina is amazingly thorough with her styles and technique. Very well priced and even though it's not expensive she always does perfect for what I ask and takes the extra time. Even for a quick short mans cut it's usually at least 30 minutes. Everytime I try anywhere else like Roosters in bel mar or Floyd's it's double too triple the price and it's not what I want. Especially Roosters (went there one time to try it and was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional staff and my cut came out mediocre for what I paid)"
