"I needed a haircut, as my barber unfortunately died. So I went in here to give them a shot. I checked in online, and as soon as I got in, I was called back. I unfortunately don't remember my stylist's name, but it was a gentleman with dark spiked hair. He asked what I wanted, and I explained it to him, and he got to cutting my hair. We didn't talk at all during the entire interaction, except when I asked how long he has been a stylist and when I expressed some concerns about an area on the back of my head. I understand not wanting to talk. I do! But my big issue was that if he needed me to tilt my head, he would forcefully tilt it to the side he needed. My other issue was that I did express concern and explained how I wanted the back of my head done. He did not care, and it seemed like he wasn't going to care, so I gave up. The customer service from everyone else seemed excellent, but I don't know if this gentleman had a bad day or what... The haircut was ok, but I will be going somewhere else to fix the area on the back of my head. I probably won't be coming back to this location, unfortunately."
