"The girl who bleached my hair was still learning. They were teaching him how to use the brush! First he didn't put enough bleach on me and my hair turned yellow. They moved my chair to serve 3 clients and I was there for 3 hours. [Jackie] who helped me had a very bad attitude and was not professional. When I brushed my wet, recently bleached hair (which makes it more fragile) he wasn't careful and I could hear my hair popping. In the end I was left yellow and they charged me $200. There are many places that do a much better job for that or less. I do not recommend this salon."
