"We had appointments for 3 people. Got there and about 3 people were helped before us. Very frustrating I saw a lot of people with the same issues as we waited. Some were told to come back and did and still they were disappointed with how they were attending to clients. They just need to be fair if you have an appointment and get you in Instead of others at your appointment time. My people were help not at the same time so were there 3 hours total. And when they saw we were disappointed and frustrated they were talking between each probably talk about us in their language. I recommend that you download a trustworthy translator app to see what they say about you."
