I’ve seen her about three times so far and from all the other stylist I have seen she is amazing. When washing hair, she gives the best scalp massage. And also gives great tips on how to take care of hair, and is very diligent when it comes to next appointments."

"Boys haircut no shampoo, come in at 245 pm. No one in the chair or anyone waiting; only stylist in store. Sons haircut never takes more than 10 minutes. Our appointment is supposed to be 320pm. Stylist says we need to wait since she has a 3pm. She goes and sits down. Come back at 320, it is 330 pm and still waiting. This is not the first time we have seen this - Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service!!!!!!! Last time we will use this place despite being in our neighborhood."

"Rachel was NOT PROFESSIONAL and messed up my hair. I asked for a lob and it looked nothing like it, not to mention the whole thing was uneven. I confronted her about it and instead of saying anything, she just walked away and let her coworker fix it. The other worker tried to help even it out but there wasn’t much she could do since Rachel took off ALL the length. I asked for 1 inch off and she cut off 3."

"I came to this location because my other location was shut down so I was nervous to see a new stylist as anybody would be. I was able to see a stylist named James. He was amazing and he did such an incredible job. I love my layers it’s a huge thing for me and making them blend can be difficult because I love a lot of layers, I know there are some bad reviews in regards to people coming in and then they’re not able to be seen. I definitely would be suggest setting up your appointment the day before or even a couple days before they are running on limited staff that is not their fault. They’re doing the best they can . I schedule my appointment the day before I waited five minutes that was it and then I got my haircut I was in and out of there probably within 30-40 minutes. I just wanted to give a shout out to James and say thank you so much. I’m really grateful for my haircut. I couldn’t be happier. Today was my birthday and I will look great!!!"
