"I booked with Cayla based on rave reviews from 2 of my colleagues. My former long-term stylist notified her clients that she'd be unavailable in the coming year (yes, panic moment ;). However, Cayla understood and helped my transition to her by truly listening to my desired outcome. She checked in frequently to ensure she was giving me the results I envisioned. I love the studio- it is comfy and cute- the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, and Jenn does a great job! I've been through two hair donations with Jenn and it can be nerve wracking to go suddenly from very long hair to very short, but Jenn has done a great job both times of giving me a cut/style that looks great and works well for the amount of time I'm willing to put into styling my hair each day."
